My client is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to supervise and inspire a team of Landscape Assistants while ensuring our work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Area Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
- Overseeing & performing all aspects of grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks
- Ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in a commercially acceptable manner
- Creating beautiful outdoor spaces while prioritising the well-being of your team, the public, and the equipment.
- Supervising and mentoring Landscape Assistants.
- Ensuring you are compliant with Work Health Safety protocols
Landscape Gardeners with 3-5+ years experience in the industry looking for the next step up in their career, please do not hesitate to apply. You will be considered.
To be successful for this role you must possess:
- Certificate IV, Diploma in Horticulture (or similar)
- Working with Children Check.
- Current Driver’s License
- White Card
- First Aid Certificate.
- Chemcert
