Sales Service Admin Assistant

We are looking for an experienced administrator to assist with the overload of work in the office and assisting a workshop

  • Enjoy a rare part-time schedule with 20 hours per week
  • Greenfields location paying $33 per hour
  • Temp opportunity to start immediately

We have a a great opportunity to work on a temp basis to assist this busy office with an overload of work. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the team during their very busy period, whilst enjoying the 20 hours per week – flexiblity with start and finish times!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Process and manage invoicing efficiently
  • Answer incoming calls from both internal and external customers
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Execute other ad hoc duties as required to support the team
  • Assisting the workshop
  • Front desk sales and cash handling

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
