Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and performance reports to clients and senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
