Internal Sales & Customer Service Officer

Our client who specialises in the manufacture of electrical equipment are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic internal sales and customer service officer to join their flourishing team on a full-time basis at their office located near Burwood.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales enquiries from front desk, telephone calls, and emails in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Design customised switchgear based on customer requirements, creating appropriate CAD drawings
  • Carry out order entry into OPAHAS system as needed
  • Provide product and technical support and advice to customers
  • Prepare accurate customer quotes
  • Occasional other related duties as required

Requirements

  • SAP and CAD knowledge highly desired
  • Prior sales and customer service experience
  • Electrical industry experience or interest is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
