Our client who specialises in the manufacture of electrical equipment are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic internal sales and customer service officer to join their flourishing team on a full-time basis at their office located near Burwood.

Responsibilities
- Respond to sales enquiries from front desk, telephone calls, and emails in a courteous and prompt manner
- Design customised switchgear based on customer requirements, creating appropriate CAD drawings
- Carry out order entry into OPAHAS system as needed
- Provide product and technical support and advice to customers
- Prepare accurate customer quotes
- Occasional other related duties as required
Requirements
- SAP and CAD knowledge highly desired
- Prior sales and customer service experience
- Electrical industry experience or interest is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
