We are seeking a proactive and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our client in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client requirements
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an internal sales or similar role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
