This very successful and fast growing Australian owned small to medium sized business located in the Hills is seeking an experienced and mature minded HR Coordinator to join their team.
The position includes:-
- Inductions and onboarding
- Advertising and recruitment
- Interviewing
- Preparation of tenders
- Finance and payroll backup
- Apprentice sign ons
- Being involved in ISO Accreditations
- Managing the workers comp insurances
- Coordinate the employee life cycle process including recruitment and onboarding activities, performance management
- Managing employment & service letters for employees
- Organising and following up probation reviews, including sending out successful probation completion letter
- Support the organisation of employee engagement events
- Monitoring WHS issues and record management
- Support in the development of training content and delivery
The right candidate:-
- Will have previous experience in a similar role
- Has studied HR diploma or degree
- Is happy to work in the office as this is not a hybrid role
- Enjoys being around trades people & is not looking for progression
- Has a strong eye for detail and gets on well with people
- Is organised and a clear, direct communicator
- Has strong skills on Microsoft
Hours of the role are from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
