Our client, a national manufacturing company with high calibre, well recognised customers is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in the Dandenong area.
This is a full-time role for 6 months with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
The role incorporates traditional customer service responsibilities including
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Creating purchase orders
- Providing general product information
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Confirming delivery, ETA’s and pricing
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Data-entry
This role is not a high volume inbound call centre environment, the main focus is diligent, accurate and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate with be available to start quickly, have experience in a manufacturing environment and have the right customer centric attitude.
