Customer Service Officer

Here’s a great opportunity to work in Macquarie Park in a Hybrid Customer Service role, starting temp with the view to perm and once training is completed, you will get the chance to work 2 days from home. We are looking for someone who has been working in an office/call centre type of environment before, not just retail customer service.

The role includes:-

  • Dealing with patients, clinics and hospitals
  • Creation and set up of new patients
  • Chasing up etas
  • Follow through with new patients
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Review all back orders

What you need:-

  • SAP experience
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Some logistics experience is looked at favourably

If you have some experience with warehouse and logistics, chasing stocks etc, would be highly regarded.
