The largest Australian owned company in their field is seeking a Payroll Assistant/Accounts Allrounder to assist the team in their Penrith office which houses over 40 people. You will play a crucial role in assisting the accounts team with payroll, timesheet approvals, month-end balance, invoicing and AP functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the payroll
- Petty cash
- Reconciliations
- Assist with obtaining the timesheet approvals
- Ensure the jobs are correct/cross checking
- Accounts Payable
- Invoicing & basic AR – collecting
- Reports
- Month end
- General ad hoc duties
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Proven experience as an accounts/ payroll assistant
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Excel and other Microsoft products
