Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with client requirements
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
