About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building and maintaining relationships, and managing the end-to-end process of bids, tenders, and estimates. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across commercial, construction, and government sectors.
- Work towards achieving budgeted revenue and activity targets.
- Utilize Simpro software for estimates and project management.
- Communicate progress and insights effectively with the team.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and create tailored security solutions.
About You To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development within the security or related industry.
- Strong expertise in preparing and submitting tenders, bids, and estimates.
- An active QLD Security License.
- Proficiency with Simpro or similar platforms.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
