We are looking for a Japanese speaking Lvl 1 IT Support Officer to work for a rapidly growing global MSP client.

Our client, a Global MSP based in North Sydney, is seeking a motivated and hungry Level 1 Service Desk Technician to join their rapidly expanding business. You will support clients in Australian and New Zealand and assist Japanese-speaking clients with various range of duties.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Assist and consult with Japanese speaking clients through both email, phone and virtual meetings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating as needed
- Provide On-prem and Off-prem support across a range of Microsoft products and services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience translating with Japanese clients in an English-speaking business
- At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role, particularly within MSP.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft systems and platforms (Windows Server/Client, Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, Fortinet, ITIL 4)
- A technical understanding of Linux, Security and Automation
