Our client a Managed Service Provider that has been in the market for the last 20 years with over 60 staff globally and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 / Intune Specialist to join their IT team in the North Sydney region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Intune, with a passion for optimising and managing cloud-based environments.
As an M365 / Intune Specialist, you will play a crucial role for the administration, configuration, and support of our M365 and Intune services to ensure they meet our business needs and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve business problems within the scope of supplied IT services, while exploring opportunities to offer new services to clients
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Manage and configure Intune for device management, application deployment, and security policies
- Day-to-day server maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance tasks and reactive fault finding.
- Develop and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of cloud services.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft Server, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and other Office 365 technologies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Cisco technologies.
- Experience in operating and maintaining Azure-based environments
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
