This busy Australian owned construction company located in the Hills district is seeking an experienced, hardworking Accounts Payable guru to join their busy accounts department.

The position includes:-

• Set up of creditors accounts
• Insurance updates of trades
• Payment runs
• Invoicing
• Data entry
• Back charges
• Credit cards payments
• Rebates and claims
• Petty cash payments and reconciliations
• Reception relief
• Mobile phone payments

The right person will:-

• Be a strong communicator
• Have strong excel skills and ideally knowledge of the Sage system or similar
• Be a mature minded person who can work autonomously and in a team
• Have strong reconciliations skills
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience
• Have a strong eye for detail and able to work on high volume work
