Reporting directly to the Executive General manager, this newly created position is a very important one. It will see you lead, develop and execute sales and operational marketing strategies to drive the growth of the company and expand the market share, enhancing the visibilty across NSW and Victoria in residential land and home sales.
About the role:-
As the Sales & Marketing Director you will lead the sales teams, overseeing the delivery of marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve the sales targets and business objectives overall.
Key accountabilities:-
- Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers expanding the network of potential buyers
- Lead and mentor the sales team including training and performance monitoring
- Analyse market trends and conduct SWOT analysis
- Oversee the digital marketing, social media and online advertising
- Monitor and manage expenses, analyse return of investments on marketing campaigns
- Manage public relations and media
- Conduct market research
- Establish KPIs for the sales and marketing efforts and benchmark
- Oversee revenue generation and profitabilty
Skills and experience:-
- Real estate class 1 Licence in NSW, or Victoria
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Director or similar
- Strong knowledge of the real estate processes
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and able to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
- Adaptable to changing market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in real estate and/or residential construction
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, real estate or related fields
