Globally with over 1,000 employees in 13 global markets offering a wide range of unique and sought-after collectible items including rare heritage coins as well as Australian and Royal history amongst other collectables. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the outbound sales team of 8 consultants in Parramatta. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering team engagement, providing mentorship and coaching, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with a talented team of sales professionals, all while collaborating across divisions to achieve our collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 8 outbound sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to sales consultants to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure their resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with other divisions within the company to share insights, improve processes, and drive overall business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Maintain a passion for sales and stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience, preferably in a collectables or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience managing a team within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address escalated issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across divisions.
