Customer Service Special Projects Leader

Your previous experience is needed for a minimum of 2 years in Projects/Customer Service working for this Global manufacturer & distributor

Due to the current Team Leader of Customer Service and special projects moving into another special projects area for the next 2 years, there is an opening for an experienced and strategic Team Leader to provide leadership and coaching at an individual and team level.

The position will see you be responsible for the execution and management of projects, pricing requests and staff management. The duties include:-

  • Putting together strategic sales and service plans to drive business efficiency and customer confidence
  • Monitoring and ensuring the teams adherence to agreed KPIs around project timelines, quotes and deliveries
  • Reporting on market intelligence through the CRM and providing management market share information, including quote conversion levels
  • Overseeing the successful management of selected key accounts
  • Monitoring individual and team performance 
  • Conducting weekly tool box meetings and monthly team performance meetings
  • Enhancing the overall customer experience for key accounts

The right person will have:-

  • Sound leadership skills and have the ability to create a team culture
  • The ability to manage staff members remotely as well as locally
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision making skills
  • Attention to detail with exceptional planning and administration skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate internally at all levels
  • Experience using CRMs and confident in overall computer skills including all Microsoft programs
